As the Lead Engineer of the backend team you will take responsibility for the quality of our backend and integrations services. You will work independently to organize and deliver complex, critical real-time backend and integrations projects. You will also partner closely with backend engineers to guide the development of our Elixir and Go services, working with the team to define and produce high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.
